Antonio built our outdoor kitchen which included electrical, plumbing, concrete work and design. He even built us a custom Redwood bar. He showed up on time, the project went according to plan. I would not hesitate to call on Antonio again for a major project.

Have had several projects done. They did our bathroom, kitchen and driveway. All excellent work. Always worked within out budget and presented us different options as far as costs and building options. We plan to work with them in our future home needs.

We had Antonio (Silverado) help us convert our carport into a garage/overflow space. Required drilling out and pouring a new concrete slab, blowing a hole thru an existing wall to create a new door as well as building two new walls, installing doors and lining existing walls etc. He’s great to work with, good communicator and creative thinker when issues come up as they always do with construction projects. Came in on budget. Took longer than projected but I think that’s common with construction. Would happily recommend him to others and would definitely have him back when we need further work done. He takes pride in his work, cares about the quality of his finishers, aims to please and willing to work to get the outcomes desired.

Flako and I are not easy to please when it comes to designs and remodeling for our home as we both have different tastes, however, Antonio (Tamayo) with his team at Silverado Custom builders listened well to both of our ideas to remodel our two bathrooms and did an excellent job. It could have been a bit faster but you knowing how it goes these days with materials and their demand, make sure to give yourself plenty of time, you won't regret it. I gave them tasks that required extra work and not a single time, they say no to my desires. I get construction sometimes can be stressful or overwhelming but I can assure you they will make it easy on you and will add some valuable ideas that are trendy and fun for your project. They for sure exceeded our expectations when it came to execution and attention to detail in the project, Mario (on the photo ) tile guy is always so happy and energetic that is contagious. Victor and Hector did the framing and woodwork, making sure the project was clean and none of your things would get dirty or dusty. Don Chema did the plumbing work and he added a bit more angle to one of the pipes because my designed instructions required a different drain than the one before, no problem he made it work, yay!. Tamayo was very responsive to my text, phone calls and he definitely went the extra mile to make sure things got done. I know they are taking in bigger projects and so I was lucky they took in my small remodel, trust me is worth it. hire these guys!

Antonio’s team got it done…and done well for us! Our experience with our residential home addition: If something is not up to Antonio’s standards he will persevere till he or his team makes it right….all the way to the finish line. Dedicated, conscientious and timely.
